Plan Your Finale Day

Arrival, parking, shuttle, and the easiest first move.

Start at the waterfront hub

Waterfront Park is still the main guest-facing anchor for stage performances, raffle moments, food, booths, vendors, and visitor info.

  • Festival check-in and visitor info stay at the waterfront hub
  • Main stage, food row, vendor lane, and booth activity all start here
  • If you are only picking one arrival point, make it Waterfront Park

Additional parking + shuttle

If the waterfront area feels full, use the off-site parking lots and treat them as overflow arrival points for Finale day.

  • Sunken Parking Lot along High School Rd: 9330 High School Rd NE
  • Ordway Elementary School: 8555 Madison Ave NE
  • Use posted day-of shuttle guidance on-site to move between overflow parking and the festival hub

Best first moves

The fastest way to use this guide is to time one anchor moment first, then fill the gaps with food, booths, and family stops.

  • Check what is on now or next before you start walking
  • Use Purple Freeze at 2:00 PM and the 4:15 PM raffle as hard anchors
  • Use food, cultural booths, and the BECU Kids Zone between stage blocks
